1. Principle and participation
The program connects Merka with partners serving business clients: agencies, consultants, accounting firms and professionals with their own client network. Participation is available to registered businesses, is non-exclusive and creates no employment or agency relationship.
Applications are submitted through the site form. Merka approves applications at its discretion and confirms the activation, the chosen model and the specific parameters in writing.
2. Partner instance
An approved partner receives one free instance with their brand and services. Merka hosts and maintains it technically. Each additional instance is a one-time 297 EUR excl. VAT payment.
The instance is used to present and sell the services under the program. Its content is provided by the partner and remains the partner's responsibility.
3. Model A · reciprocal commission
Both parties receive the same percentage on payments actually received excl. VAT: the partner for clients referred to Merka, Merka for partner services sold through the platform. The base percentage is 2.9%.
Commission is due only on payments actually received from the client; on partial payment it is calculated on the received part.
4. Model B · white label
The partner sells the services under their own brand, sets the final price and invoices the client in their own name. The commission to Merka is 20% on sales and the agreed monthly payments.
The relationship with the end client under Model B is managed by the partner; Merka delivers the technical build within the agreed scope.
5. Reporting, payment and credits
Commissions are reported transparently and paid within 45 days after the end of the month in which the client payment was actually received.
At the partner's choice, accumulated commissions can be redeemed as credits for Merka services with a 15% bonus on the value: 1000 EUR of commissions becomes 1150 EUR of credit, all amounts excl. VAT. Credits are not paid out in money and are used within [12] months.
6. Partner obligations
The partner presents the services accurately and makes no commitments on behalf of Merka beyond the published terms and the confirmed offers.
Misleading practices, unsolicited messages (spam) and use of the Merka mark beyond the provided materials without written consent are not allowed.
The partner is responsible for the legality and accuracy of their own services and content.
7. Personal data
Each party processes the personal data of its own clients as an independent controller, unless the specific service requires otherwise; in those cases the roles are agreed in writing according to the nature of the processing.
8. Term and termination
Either party may terminate participation with 30 days written notice. Merka may terminate immediately on a material breach of section 6.
On termination the commissions due to date are paid out and the handover of data and content is arranged. Unused credits are settled per section 5.
9. Changes, law and contact
Merka may change the program terms going forward by publishing on this page; changes do not affect parameters already confirmed for the current reporting period.
Bulgarian law applies. Program contact: office@merka.bg and 0883 307 573.
